To me, there is nothing more therapeutic than going on a mini adventure with my husband, dog and camera. They are the ultimate combination for a great day, especially if the weather is happy to play along too. So, to celebrate my recent birthday, we decided to go on a trip to Tatton Park in Cheshire.
I recently decided to switch from a Nikon D7200 to a Canon 5D Mark IV and whilst it was a really hard decision, I’m so pleased with the results. I’d had my Nikon D7200 for a number of years and got some brilliant use out of it. It’s gone on all my adventures large and small, but it was time for a change. Level up!
All these shots are taken with the 24-70mm Canon f4 lens and a very minor edit in Adobe Lightroom Mobile. I’m already itching to replace the equivalent lenses that I sold from my Nikon days, but I know I need to learn the capabilities on this camera and lens before getting carried away with more kit.
I’ve got lots of adventures to fill you in on over the coming weeks, but for now, he’s just a walk in the park.
All the best,
